Design Process
Because of my passion for helping my clients create their dream gardens that impact their lives in positive ways, it’s important for me to work with you for the entire process, from beginning to end.
A Full Landscape Design + Installation Facilitation includes the following:

Client Questionnaire
You’ll begin by filling out the design questionnaire, which will help me get to know you, your space, and your hopes for the design project.

Initial Site Visit
I’ll review your questionnaire and then we’ll briefly chat by phone to make sure that we’re a good fit. Then we’ll schedule an initial site visit. During the site visit we will determine the scope of work for the design project. Shortly after the visit I will send you a proposal outlining the design work to be done and the associated fees.

Site measuring & analysis
Once the contract has been signed, I’ll schedule a second visit to measure the property, take photographs, and make notes of particular details.

Base map and concepts
I’ll use the information gathered during the second site visit to develop an accurate base map of the site. Then I’ll work on the design concept, including the hardscape and planting area designs.

Refinement of plan
We’ll work together to refine the details of your plan until you’re satisfied and ready for installation.

Preparation of full site plan
I will provide you with the documentation to seek qualified bids from trusted contractors.
07
Product bidding & facilitation
Should you choose, I will assist in gathering bids from qualified contractors and will help oversee the installation.
